How do I store and fluff my bows?

We recommend that you store your bows individually bagged (we re-use grocery bags) and in a crush-proof tote. Another great way to store them if you have some spare closet space, is by using the chenille wire to attach them to a hanger. You can store 2-3 per hanger. You will still need to fluff them up before attaching to your wreath.

Shipping and Local Delivery options?

We will ship anywhere in the US.  Shipping costs will be calculated at check-out. 
Most in-stock items will process and ship within three business days. Orders on Fri-Sun will ship on Tuesday.

We offer local delivery or pick-up options in and around Ardmore & Norman, Oklahoma.

Damages in transit

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of the packaging as received as well as the contents when opened. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, or personalized and custom items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded, on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return and Exchange options?

At Tarasina & Co we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We believe that you are the reason we are in business and your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. Here's how it works:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 5 business days of receiving your order.

  • We will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs. This may include a replacement product, an exchange, a store credit, or a full refund.

  • We ask that you return the item(s) in their original condition within 5 business days of us approving the return.   Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, or we can send you a return label and the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if you would prefer.

  • If we determine that the item(s) have been used or damaged, we may not be able to offer a full refund. However, we will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.
